About Us
We are the legislated, independent body that provides systemic oversight of the aged care system. We do not investigate or examine individual cases, but instead focus on shining a light on the systemic issues that are the greatest barriers or opportunities for change in the government’s administration of aged care.
We promote transparency, highlight system-wide issues and good practice. We do this with the aim of driving meaningful change to enable kind, compassionate, high-quality care for all.
