We protect your privacy in line with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, including the Australian Privacy Principles and the Australian Government Agencies Privacy Code.
Information collected by our website
When you visit our websites our web measurement tools and internet service providers record information including:

- the date and time you accessed the website
- how you interacted with our website
- the previous website you visited

The law, including the Privacy Act 1988, protects your personal information.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other person, body or agency unless:

- it meets one of the other exceptions in the Australian Privacy Principles.
We will only use and disclose your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected. We will explain that purpose when we collect your information, such as when you fill out a form.

Privacy impact assessment (PIA)
The Australian Government Agencies Privacy Code requires all agencies conduct a PIA for all project with a high privacy risk.
We have not completed any PIAs to date.

We will only record your email address if you send us a message by email.
We will only use your email address for the purpose you provide it. It will not be added to any mailing lists without your prior consent in writing.
