Our Strategic Framework outlines how we deliver on our purpose of ensuring the integrity and accountability of the aged care system through independent, informed oversight.
It helps us take a consistent and transparent approach to everything we do. This includes how we set priorities through our Annual Work Plan and where we focus our efforts.
The framework guides our decision-making. It helps us identify the risks and barriers in aged care and focuses our efforts on areas where better care models can be fostered and meaningful improvements achieved.
